Re Sardo Girau is aged pecorino cheese produced with sheep milk from the best farms of Sardinia. It is aged for at least 4 months, making it pleasantly compact and giving it a marked and aromatic flavour. Indicated with nuts, with a glass of good red wine or to season a juicy steak.
